During my 35 years in ministry, I’ve developed an increasing burden for what I sense to be an expanding amount of biblical illiteracy, not only among those in our churches, but also in the young men and women entering ministry. Conversely, I am hopeful because I also sense a hunger from people to learn and know biblical truth and the things of God, as revealed to us in the Scripture.

1 Timothy 4:16 says “Watch your life and doctrine closely”. In a world where so many things are fighting for our attention, we must first build a solid foundation on sound doctrine.  We need to know the truth of the Scriptures so that “we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching”. (Ephesians 4:14).

I am joined by friend and colleague, Jen Denton. We’ve developed a list of 100 doctrinal topics which we examine weekly in just 15 to 20 minutes. My goal is to educate and share biblical truth on the same level as if you and I were sitting at your kitchen table discussing these same topics.
